For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can assist. They are knowledgeable about our products and will ensure expert assembly, packaging removal and careful placement of the furniture in your home. Assembly is free of charge for all BoConcept products and there is a flat rate delivery fee for all orders delivered within the store's normal trade area — please ask in store for details.
We have a wide range of products available as part of our stock items, which can be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Much of our selection can also be customized and production time for custom-made special orders is 8-10 weeks for board furniture and 10-12 weeks for upholstery. Delivery time may vary based on the store's location in North America.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are naturally entitled to return it within five days (furniture) or seven days (accessories), as long as it is unused and undamaged, part of our main selection, and is still in its original packaging. A restocking fee, of 40% of the original purchase price, applies to all furniture orders. Should you wish to have the items picked up a delivery charge will also apply. Please note, however, that items bought on sale cannot be returned. See in store for full details of our terms and conditions.
You are always welcome to view all the products in our range in our stores. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range on display at your local BoConcept. Our full range is available to order — please ask our design consultants, who will be happy to help and advise you. All products are subject to availability.
